Intermediate Mah Jongg
with Kveller and the founders of Modern Mahjong
3 Tuesdays at 7 p.m. ET
March 25 - April 8
You should know the basic rules of the game to get the most out of this course.
Our first Kveller mah jongg course was so popular that we had to continue it! Join us and our international community of players who are connecting with the game that has brought Jews together for decades.
Whether you're looking to sharpen your strategy or simply elevate your mah jongg game, this is your chance to get to the next level with the help of Dara Collins and Donna Kassman, the founders of Modern Mahjong.
Can't make one of the live classes? Don't worry, you'll get the recordings to study and re-watch for a month.
Lesson 1: A Level Playing Field
- Master often misunderstood rules and nuances of the game
- Unlock winning strategies during the Charleston
Lesson 2: Elevating Your Game
- Learn how to avoid giving away "tells"
- Develop the skill of reading your opponents
- Plan for luck
Lesson 3: Advanced Strategies

So pull up a seat, and let’s play!
There are no refunds for this course. The recordings of class sessions 2 and 3 will only be available to re-watch for one month after the end of the final class. The recording of class 1 will not expire.
